Went in today to get help with my filter head leaking. I spoke will bill who was most knowledgeable told him my issues, he gathered all the parts I would ... need and explained how to take apart the head and then offered to repair it for. I don’t believe this is a service they offer but I believe he felt my anxiety and was super nice about taking care of me and my problems. Bill saved the summer !!
